More than three hundred participants attended Eyal Shifroni's live stream of the practice for neck and shoulder pain. The live stream took place in our project on 28 April, but the video recording of the broadcast will be available until 28 May.
In a live stream, the author of several books, among them "Yoga with a Chair" and "Yoga with Props", best known in Russia, presented practices whose regular practice can alleviate tension in the shoulders and improve mobility in the shoulder area. In particular Eyal focused on the use in personal practice of props such as straps, chair, bricks and walls, the use of which helps to reduce (or resolve) problems arising in the cervical and shoulder areas.
