The cycle of classes for a home yoga practice during your pregnancy. The classes will be suitable to take for any gestation period, but yoga poses will be modified taking into account specifics of every trimester. This cycle is also recommended for teachers of prenatal yoga (yoga for pregnant women).

A program is created for a normal, healthy pregnancy that is going without any complications. It is recommended to all women, who are in labor, to consult with a doctor or midwife before starting any yoga exercises. This cycle of classes will help women to make yoga exercises at home; however, it is not the replacement of special classes taken under the direct supervision of your yoga teacher.

About Elena: By the time of the first pregnancy, Elena had practiced Iyengar yoga for 14 years. Have extensive yoga teaching experience, conducted classes for yoga teachers and training studies in Yoga Practika (Moscow). By practicing Iyengar yoga, actively went through two pregnancies, gave birth at the age of 38 and 41, and successfully recovered.

Class 1. Comfort

Yoga practice for recovery, when there is a need for rest, energy and power. This class is good for any trimester, but for every trimester there will be different variations of yoga poses.

Class 2. Energy

Sequences and principles for building up an active yoga practice that impacts on resource and gives a physical power. This class is most suited for the second trimester, but for the first and third trimesters there will be shown other relevant variations.

Class 3. Transition

Childbirth can be compared with a portal to another world, where everything will change. However, the transition itself is important. This class aims to discuss how yoga can help during the labor period and during delivery of a child, what is really important, and what is a common misconception.

E-ticket

Payment for the e-ticket is made only by bank transfer using the selected payment system. After payment of the order, the links to connect to the online broadcast come to the e-mail address (e-mail) specified when placing the order.

Ticket Refunds:
To request a refund at the request of the Buyer, it is necessary to send a written application to the e-mail address info@yogihall.ru.

As of August 3, 2020, videos of certain teachers' classes will be accessible by personal Vimeo User ID.

One of the main requirements of our contract is personal access to video for each participant for a period of time that is regulated in each specific cycle.

  • find your user number in your personal Vimeo profile and save it
